General Rules
Everyone is urged to read
all the rules as we have strived to make everything as simple and safe
as possible for all competitors!
1. All competitors must
join EVSR before racing. Cost is $30.00 per year, you will
get a card with your membership and a bi-monthly newsletter with updated
points and news.
2. All people entering
pits are to sign the waiver at registration and get a wrist band at
signing to assure you signed it and the signature is readable!
3. Read the rules
regarding classes before you show up so you know what class you can race
in. If you have a question call one of the numbers on the contact us
and we will give you an answer. The people at registration are just for
that purpose, for registration.
4. Make sure you have all
safety equipment before you show up! ALL drivers are required to have
full face helmets with eye protection no modular helmets allowed. 75% orange color, safety vest, safe jac-tec vest, shin guards, etc.
5. You are required to have all sleds
inspected by tech man before you go to the pits! If sled does not have
tech sticker for that day you will not race. All sleds are required to
have a working tether switch, at least 6" high numbers on both sides of
hood and back of tunnel, ski loops will be at least 1" wide and extend
3", all clutch and chain guards must be in place, a seat, mud flaps,
track stand (must have sides and will be used). These rules are for
everyone's safety and real simple! If you disregard them you will be
told to leave and not return. SAFETY!!
6. Anyone under 21 years of age must
have a parent or guardian sign waiver. NO EXCEPTIONS
7. All drivers are required to attend
drivers meetings. NO EXCEPTIONS
8. All studs will be 3/8" maximum
above the high point of the track. all carbides will be 5/8" in height
and no sharper than 60 degrees. Any track allowed but if cleats are
broken leave sled on trailer! All studs are legal as long as length is
right.

9. Brakes will be checked!
10. No Pit racing will be tolerated!
11. No refunds after hot laps have
been completed! If you blow up in hot laps go to the race director
immediately.
12. No alcohol or drugs in pit area!
13. Race director is in charge - flag
man is in charge of race.
14. If you have a problem or complaint
go to the race director, not the flag man, and be nice.
15. We will all be good, safe drivers,
no bumping.
16. All sleds must complete 1st lap or
we will restart.
17. Red Flag - stop where you are!
18. If the number of sleds for any
given class is less than what will fit on the starting line then the
heat is optional. However, the position you finish in the heat will
determine your choice of position on the line. If you don't run the heat
you get what position is left.
19. Sled and driver are 1, points will
go to the number on the sled! So make sure the sled you are driving has
your number on it!
20. Points are as follows - 1point to
take the green
10 - 1st place
8 - 2nd place
6 - 3rd place
4 - 4th place
2 - 5th place
1- 6th place through 10th
place

21. First 3 sleds in every feature
finish will be checked- you better be legal! Checked for Bore & Stroke,
Compression in stock classes only and Safety.
22. If you think someone else is
illegal it will cost you $50.00 to find out if they are illegal, if they
are legal you will lose your $50.00. If they are illegal you will get
your $50.00 back. The club does not keep any of the $50.00.
23. If you have a question on any sled
call the numbers on the "contact us" page before the next race weekend.
24.We will have a pit board and lanes
assigned. Be in your lane, we will not look for you. If you have a
sled problem tell us, we will work with you. We are here to have fun.
There isn't a million at stake, so lets work together.
25. When in lane you will draw for a
starting line position - for the heats only. Feature starting positions
will be determined by finish in the heats.
26. Junior classes:
10-13 - Stock single cylinder
sleds only. Class 1 or 2 sled
13-16 - Mod single cylinder sleds
only. Class 1,2 or 3 sled
27. No one under 18 years of age will
race in Super Mod or Modified classes unless they have been pre-screened
by Terry Ingersoll No exceptions!
28. Women's classes can be added if
interest is present.
29. All racing will start with hot
laps at 11 a.m. sharp, after drivers meeting. Racing will then start at
12 noon sharp! Good luck & Be Safe!
