During the winter of 2006 the EASTERN VSR Club was formed and held their first and only race of the 2006 season at Rolling wheels.  The club offers an alternative rules package that is designed to make the racing more fun and hopefully will provide for some close and exciting racing.  The tech will go much quicker because most stock classes will have only 3 things looked at in addition to all required safety equipment, those being bore, compression and mufflers.  You also won't see a class that allows modified motors but requires a stock unaltered chassis, well duh. 

We had a display booth complete with a Mercury Sno Twister and a Ski Doo 440 RV at the Lewis County Fair this past summer and promoted bringing Snowmobile racing back to Lewis County.  Apparently the other guys thought it was such a good idea they "backdoored us" into moving our club and it's fantastic people over to Adirondack International Speedway.  We can't thank them and the folks at the Fair Board enough.  We are also a member of the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to the racing at Adirondack International Speedway this winter we hope to have some Vintage Snowmobile Shows complete with judging and displays going on simultaneously with the days racing card.
